This is the second hydrogen production and hydrogenation integrated station built by Sany Hydrogen Energy Co., LTD. The total investment of the station is 37 million yuan, the whole station adopts intensive design, covers an area of about 6,300 square meters, hydrogen production capacity is 2000 standard square meters/hour (180 kg/hour), and the standard hydrogenation capacity is 2000 kg/day. When operating at full capacity 24 hours a day, it can meet the filling demand of more than 100 hydrogen energy vehicles, and its service capacity is far ahead in the industry.

A price for refueling is the premise for the large-scale popularization of hydrogen fuel vehicles. Data show that at present, the price of hydrogen in most domestic hydrogen refueling stations is higher than the oil price, resulting in the lack of economic efficiency of hydrogen fuel vehicles.

Why can't the price of hydrogen come down? It is understood that about 95% of the hydrogen refueling stations built in China are external hydrogen refueling stations, that is, hydrogen is transported to the hydrogen refueling station by means of bundle trailers, pipelines, liquid hydrogen tank trucks, etc., and hydrogen transportation costs are high. In addition, most hydrogen refueling stations are small in scale, equipment depreciation and labor costs are high.

In recent years, China has vigorously supported the development of hydrogen energy industry, and has planned five hydrogen fuel cell vehicle demonstration city clusters in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Shanghai, Guangdong and Henan. Through policy subsidies, some areas can achieve the same price of hydrogen oil.

"If the price of hydrogen is less than 30 yuan/kg, hydrogen cars will be competitive with diesel cars. Through technological upgrading, our hydrogen production cost has been lower than 30 yuan/kg, which means that hydrogen fuel vehicles can operate sustainably without relying on state subsidies." Wang Zhimin, director of Sany Hydrogen hydrogenation Equipment, said that the integration of hydrogen production and hydrogenation can save the trouble of storage and transportation, greatly save costs, and help the commercialization of hydrogen transportation operation scenarios.

According to reports, the station alkaline electrolyzer and other core equipment to achieve independent research and development, equipment self-research rate reached 68%. The electricity in operation is mainly from photovoltaic power generation equipment, and carbon emissions are greatly reduced. At present, the station is not open to the public, mainly for all types of hydrogen energy equipment within Sany Group.
