2023-08-25 08:25

The owner of Holland Lift, a Dutch heavy-duty shear lift manufacturer, will stop production, close companies and liquidate assets, according to vertikal.net.

Pro-Delta Investments, which also owns crane company Hovago and air lift leasing group Riwal, said in a statement: " After careful consideration, Holland Lift International BV and its shareholders have decided to terminate these activities and conduct liquidation. The Holland Lift, known for its high-quality aerial work platform, has faced a number of challenges over the past few years, including sharply higher steel prices and overall costs, severe supply chain problems caused by COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine, and fierce competition from low-price newcomers.”

"Despite personnel restructuring and significant investments in 2021, new designs and products and other measures, ensuring long-term viability has proved not feasible. Holland Lift International BV employs about 70 employees in the Netherlands and Germany through its Servi-Tec GmbH operations.”

Dutch Hollandlift company is a well-known electric shear fork type aerial work platform production enterprises, its production of each platform car is elaborate crystallization. High Altitude Mechanical Engineering has also released an official video showing clearly how the Hollandlift designed, developed and built the scissor lifts.

Holland Lift It was founded late in 1983 by Martin Haak, a brilliant consulting engineer. The company designs and manufactures large heavy-duty self-propelled shear aerial work platforms. The first batch of equipment was produced in 1984, and the first customer was Hooghovens Steel Works. The Holland Lift's first production model was the 41-foot 125EV. Since experiencing financial difficulties in 1993, Holland Lift has been acquired several times. Pro-Delta, with the past decade, has been the most financially stable decade in Holland Lift's history. The company produces high-quality heavy machines, initially sold only in the Netherlands and Germany, and its quality and durability have captured the hearts of many customers.

In the current high machine industry, there are new people into, there are old people out. Anyway, it is development. Xiaobian noticed that some netizens commented on this: "The risk with niche products is always there, and when the Chinese actors started chasing that market, any low volume, high quality manufacturers will struggle to resist."
