1. Check the battery

In summer, the temperature is high, the evaporation is large, and the liquid level height drops fast. Huihe Leasing customer service Department colleagues will timely supplement the distilled water or electrolyte according to the need, so that the liquid level is higher than the top of the plate to avoid plate oxidation. And regularly clean the dirt on the surface of the battery, the oxide on the pole pile and the wire joint to ensure that the ventilation hole is smooth.

2. Wax the surface

The paint surface of the body of the summer aerial work platform will accelerate aging, fade and even fall off under the hot sun. Therefore, the summer should focus on the protection of the paint to prevent oxidation corrosion of the paint. After the car is washed clean, the abrasive paper is locally ground and polished, and the whole car is waxed, sealed glaze, and coated.

3, hydraulic oil replacement

4. Engine cooling

Due to the high temperature in summer, the equipment is used for a little longer, it is easy to cause engine overheating, in order to ensure the effective work of the diesel engine cooling system, we will thoroughly clean, tighten and lubricate the various components of the cooling system, add sufficient antifreeze, and clean the scale of the cooling system as much as possible to improve the heat dissipation efficiency and keep the cooling system unclogged.
