       In case of extreme weather such as strong wind, lightning, heavy rainfall, immediately stop tower cranes, lifts and other machinery and equipment, strictly prohibit all kinds of outdoor, open-air, high-altitude construction operations, and strictly prevent the collapse of lifting machinery, deep foundation pit collapse, slope collapse, suffocation, electric shock and other accidents.

       After the extreme weather, it is necessary to strictly implement the inspection of the construction site to resume work, comprehensively check the safety situation of the site, and all the hidden problems are not allowed to resume work.

       Strictly implement the measures for the investigation and treatment of potential accidents, strictly implement the criteria for the determination of potential accidents and special inspection of key matters, and organize special supervision and inspection of extreme weather for engineering projects within the jurisdiction according to the requirements of this notice.

      Prevention and response to extreme weather at construction sites will be included in the focus of daily supervision and inspection, and relevant responsible units and personnel will be seriously dealt with for ineffective work and inadequate implementation of responsibilities.
