First, functional testing

1, driving and lifting function:

Check whether the functions are normal and whether there is abnormal sound during work. For the abnormal joint, the arm group is sprayed with liquid lubricant; If the operation is not smooth, the analyzer can be used to adjust the working response time and speed or adjust the wire rope as needed to prevent shaking from violently affecting the construction.

2, structural parts:

Check whether the side door is open smoothly and tighten the tire bolts according to the manufacturer's requirements to avoid loosening and breaking the bolts.

Second, hydraulic system inspection

1. Hydraulic oil:

Oil level and oil quality (whether there is emulsification, impurities), test the pressure of the hydraulic system to ensure that there is no oil leakage and pipeline damage.

2, hydraulic parts:

Check whether the joints of valve blocks, pumps, tubing and other components are loose; Check that each cylinder has no obvious cylinder slip phenomenon to avoid safety hazards after cylinder slip.

Third, electrical system inspection

1, sensor and switch inspection:

Check whether the sensors operate normally, such as load sensors, Angle sensors and other values are normal, need to re-calibrate.

2. Wiring harness and battery inspection:

Check whether the side door is open smoothly and tighten the tire bolts according to the manufacturer's requirements to avoid loosening and breaking the bolts.

Four, engine inspection

1, oil and three filters:

Check the oil and three filters and replace them in time to avoid starting difficulties and other faults after going to the site.

2. Engine components:

Check cylinder block, oil pan, cylinder head, water pump, radiator and other seals for leakage traces, focusing on oil, coolant residue check timing belt, generator belt for cracks, wear, aging belt should be replaced immediately to avoid breaking the top cylinder.
