No forced operation shall be allowed without meeting the prescribed conditions of use;

It is strictly prohibited to carry out lifting operations without leveling the whole machine or installing stable legs;

Lifting and lifting state, lifting parts and platform shall not collide with any obstacles or moving objects;

The aerial work platform shall not move the whole machine in the lifting or lifting state (self-propelled type has other requirements);

In non-emergency state, the ground personnel shall not operate the lower control device without the instruction of the altitude personnel;

After the platform is raised, it is strictly prohibited to stand or stack articles below it;

Altitude workers working on the platform should add safety belts;

It is forbidden to overload and lift, and it is forbidden to move the whole machine with the live platform dragging the cable.

It is forbidden to install devices that increase the working height without authorization;

It is forbidden to change, modify and discard safety devices such as leg chain, limit switch, etc., and the operator shall be responsible for the accident if the operation is not in accordance with the regulations.

Operating procedure

Move the host to the operation point;

Turn on the power supply;

Pull the leveling leg screw to make the flange land, and level the whole machine (self-propelled type has other requirements);

Install four stable legs, and pre-tighten, so that the four leg lights on the electrical box are fully lit (self-propelled type other requirements);

Press the button on the control box and test lift once;

Guardrail assembly in place;

High-altitude working personnel by entering the work guardrail, manned lifting;

Carry out high-altitude work; Lower the platform and move to the next working point;

After the operation is completed, remove the guardrail, leg, cut off the power supply;

Carry out routine maintenance and move the machine into the warehouse.

Matters needing attention

The landing platform must be operated by special personnel, concentrate on the operation, stick to the post, and safety belts should be added when working at altitude;

If two operators work together, they must cooperate and maintain contact with each other to ensure safety;

The equipment shall not operate in an explosive gas environment;

If you do not have the conditions for the use of the machine, please contact the supplier and take appropriate safeguard measures before use;

The pre-tightening operation of the leg should not affect the leveling state of the whole machine;

Install each leg correctly;

The lower control device is on the electrical box, and the power supply should be cut off when not in use, and the key should be taken away to prevent non-designated personnel from using;

The emergency stop button of the lower control device acts on the main power supply circuit, and the emergency stop button of the upper control device acts on the control circuit.

The lifting capacity of the platform shall not be adjusted;

Replace the hydraulic oil half a year after the equipment is used, and then replace it every one and a half years;

When the lifting platform is far from the power supply and the cable needs to be dragged, the cable diameter should be not less than 1 square MM when the cable length is greater than 25 meters, and the cable diameter should be not less than 1.5 square MM when the cable length is greater than 50 meters.

When manually implementing the lifting platform, it should be held on the mast, ladder, diagonal support rod and other solid rods, and should not be held on the floating objects such as guardrail and cable;

Before moving the platform, the platform must be lowered to the lowest level, remove the lower stabilizing leg, and fold the screw for leveling the leg to make the flange as high as possible from the ground;

When you plan to stop using the equipment for a long time, use the leveling leg to lift the walking wheel off the ground; The surface of the device should be wiped clean and sealed with the delivered dust cover.
