The EU imposed provisional anti-dumping duties of 14.3%~55.3% on the products involved in the case

On July 12, 2024, the European Commission issued a notice to make a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on the Mobile lifting operation platform (Mobile Access Equipment) originating in China, and a preliminary ruling to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty of 14.3% ~ 55.3% on the products involved.

The EU CN (Combined Nomenclature) codes for the products in question are ex8427 10 10, ex8427 20 19, ex8428 90 90, ex8431 20 00 and ex8431 39 00 (TARIC code 8427 10 10) 10, 8427 20 19 10, 8428 90 90 20, 8431 20 00 60 and 8431 39 00 10). The dumping investigation period in this case is from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2020 to the end of the dumping investigation period. The measures will take effect from the day after the announcement and will be valid for six months.

The interested parties shall submit the hearing application within 5 natural days from the day after the announcement, and submit the case comments within 15 natural days.
